Our Recruitment Process
To ensure the highest quality of education, we employ a rigorous recruitment process. We start by shortlisting candidates based on their educational backgrounds. Those who make the cut undergo a telephonic interview and then a face-to-face interview to assess their command of subjects. Only after a thorough background check are they selected to become home tutors.
